We initiate the removal of Google reviews by submitting a direct request to Google on your behalf. Our team of seasoned professionals points out the problems with the review, citing relevant Google Policies, applicable laws, or a mix of both to build a strong case. Based on our years of relationships with their teams, we are able to request the takedowns for each review, and once the request is approved, Google will take down the review from their platform. Once the review has been removed, it will not come back. It is highly uncommon across thousands of successful cases for a reviewer to randomly come back one day and check if their review still remains to add another one. In the case they do, the Client is more than welcome to be serviced again, as well as all future reviews they’d like taken down on a per review cost basis.

Once payment has been received, we start the case within 48 hours (Monday - Friday EST Hours). Our team will accept cases throughout the weekend, but the project timings resume on weekdays only. After the case has started, our team will draft the initial appeal and submit it to Google. Once accepted, their team will begin the work, removing on average 10 reviews per day per Google My Business Account. Once all the reviews that were approved have been removed, Google will usually take 48 hours to update the new Business score. We always allow one additional week in the case of any updates or delays. There are no guaranteed time scales as some cases take longer than others, however, within 30 days, 99% of our cases are complete.

Example: Case is closed and paid on Monday for 20 reviews. By Wednesday, the case is accepted and by Friday, if all 20 reviews were accepted, they will be gone. By the following Tuesday, the Google My Business Score will reflect the increased score.

As long as that individual review has not already been appealed by the Client, there should not be any delays. If the Client has open appeals, they can log into their Google My Business and close the appeal so our team can begin the work. We have to wait at least 45 days since the last appeal was opened to begin any case, as there cannot be two open appeals for the same review
